В зв’язку з тим, що в оголошені інформація по предмету закупівлі щодо технічних та якісних вимог відображає тільки загальні характеристики виробу та не надає детального опису товару, а саме: фасон, модель, довжина виробу, довжина рукава, вид, склад, щільність тканини та інше, що не надало змогу учасникам торгів запропонувати необхідний товар, а також враховуючи, що критеріями для придбання товару за бюджетні кошти крім ціни являється якість товару, прийнято рішення відмінити закупівлю з обов’язковим повторним проведенням торгів на ці товари через систему електронних закупівель.
