1. Враховуючи експертизу робочого проекту, внаслідок коригування, внести зміни в договір № 137 від 06.09.2022 року.
2. Керуючись п.5 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) сторони домовилися зменшити суму Договору на 51. 78 грн. та внести зміни по п.3.1. Розділу 3 Договору № 137 від 06.09.2022р.
- Пункт 3.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього договору (загальна вартість робіт згідно з договірною ціною, яка визначається відповідно до положень Настанови з визначення вартості будівництва) становить 4 926 037,51 грн. (чотири мільйона дев'ятсот двадцять шість тисяч тридцять сім гривень 51 копійка), у тому числі ПДВ - 821 006,25 гривень і є твердою договірною ціною та відповідає ціні об'єкта, в тому числі: 2022 рік: кошти місцевого бюджету - 1
198 289,48 грн (один мільйон сто дев'яносто вісім тисяч двісті вісімдесят дев'ять гривень 48 копійок), в т.ч. ПДВ - 199 714.91 грн; 2023 рік : кошти місцевого бюджету - З 727 748.03 грн ( три мільйона сімсот двадцять сім тисяч сімсот сорок вісім гривень
03 копійки), в т.ч. ПДВ - 621 291,34 грн.
