Відповідно до п. 95 Порядку організації та проведення аукціонів з продажу майна боржників у справах про банкрутство (неплатоспроможність) затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 2 жовтня 2019 р. № 865 аукціон визнається таким, що не відбувся, у випадках, визначених пунктом 90 цього Порядку, або у разі непідписання протоколу та/або акта про придбання майна на аукціоні з переможцем аукціону в порядку, передбаченому цим Порядком.
Повідомляю, що переможця по даному аукціону дискваліфіковано у зв’язку з невиконанням вимог вищезазначеного пункту, а саме непідписання протоколу за результатом проведення аукціону. Крім того, на адресу арбітражного керуючого надійшов лист від переможця про відмову в придбанні майна.
