Опис конструктивного елементу фундамент – кам’яні стрічкові. Тріщини в цокольній частині будівлі, стіни та перегородки – камінь ракушняк. Глибокі тріщини у цегляній кладці несучих стін, вивали цегляної кладки цоколя, стін та коминів. Тріщини, перекриття – дерев’яне оштукатурене. Замокання перекриття, тріщини в перекритті. Тріщини у швах між плитами, покрівля – азбестоцементні листи. Обвалена більша частина горищного перекриття та деревяні дахові конструкції. Здуття, розриви, підлоги – дощаті, керамічна плитка. Масове руйнування покриття до основи, прорізи – вікна дерев’яні, двері дерев’яні. Засклення вікон частково або повністю втрачене. Дверні коробки осіли і мають нещільний притул. Частина дверних полотен відсутня, дверні полотна осіли, опоряджувальні роботи – штукатурка, водоемульсійне пофарбування. Шар фарби потемнів, розтріскався, інженерне забезпечення – електропостачання, газ. Часткове пошкодження ізоляції мереж, відсутність приладів, крапельні течі в місцях врізки заріної арматури. Інші роботи – відмостка, сходи. Разом – задвільний. Фізичний знос – 39%.
