Description of the contract:
Продавець зобов’язується передати у власність Покупця окреме майно – гараж літ. «Б», площею 149,5 (сто сорок дев’ять цілих п’ять десятих) кв.м по вул. Данила Галицького, буд. 6-В («в») у сщ. Глибока Глибоцької територіальної громади Чернівецького р-ну Чернівецької обл., що становить 17/100 (сімнадцять сотих) ідеальних часток комплексу нежитлових будівель і споруд, який знаходиться за адресою: Чернівецька обл., Чернівецький район, Глибоцька територіальна громада, сщ. Глибока, вулиця Данила Галицького, 6-В, що перебуває на балансі Басейнового управління водних ресурсів річок Прут та Сірет (код за ЄДРПОУ 34519322) (далі – Об’єкт приватизації), а Покупець зобов’язується прийняти Об’єкт приватизації, виконати визначені в Договорі умови.
Покупець сплатив у повному обсязі ціну продажу Об’єкта приватизації, визначену за результатами електронного аукціону, яка становить: 780 001,20 гривень (сімсот вісімдесят тисяч одна гривня 20 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ – 130 000,20 гривень (сто тридцять тисяч гривень 20 копійок).
