Приватизація здійснюється відповідно до вимог законів України "Про приватизацію державного і комунального майна"(із змінами) та Порядку проведення електронних аукціонів для продажу об’єктів малої приватизації та визначення додаткових умов продажу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 10 травня 2018 року № 432 (із змінами).

Додаткові умови аукціону:
- діяльність майбутнього об’єкта повинна бути пов’язана зі сферою будівництва, що відповідає цільовому призначенню земельної ділянки, на якій розміщений об’єкт нерухомого майна;
- здійснення інвестицій в будівництво, капітальний ремонт, реконструкцію або реставрацію об’єкта приватизації в сумі 3 млн. грн. протягом двох років;
- покупець зобов’язаний сплатити витрати, пов’язані з підготовкою до продажу Об’єкта приватизації, а саме: щодо проведення технічної інвентаризації Об’єкта приватизації згідно акта здавання – приймання №26-33 від 26.03.2025 року в сумі 7746,00 грн. (сім тисяч сімсот сорок шість гривень 00 копійок);
- покупець сплачує всі витрати, пов’язані з укладенням договору купівлі-продажу.
