Опис конструктивного елементу фундамент – кам’яні стрічкові. Тріщини в цокольній частині будівлі, стіни та перегородки – цегляні. Глибокі тріщини у цегляній кладці. Тріщини, перекриття – деревяне оштукатурене. Замокання перекриття, тріщини в перекритті. Тріщини у швах між плитами, покрівля – азбестоцементні листи, більша частина горищного перекриття та дерев’яні дахові конструкції сильно пошкодженні. Здуття, розриви, прорізи – вікна дерев’яні, двері дерев’яні. Засклення вікон частково або повністю втрачене. Дверні коробки осіли і мають нещільний притул. Дверні полотна осіли, опоряджувальні роботи – штукатурка, водоемульсійне пофарбування. Відпадання шару фарби і штукатурки. Шар фарби потемнів, розтріскався, інженерне забезпечення – електропостачання. Часткове пошкодження ізоляції мереж, відсутність приладів, крапельні течі в місцях врізки заріної арматури, інші роботи – відмостка, сходи-руйнування. Разом - задовільний. Фізичний знос – 39%.
