Героїв Майдану, 25-А приміщення 43, який перебуває на балансі Головного управління Пенсійного фонду України в Чернівецькій області (код за ЄДРПОУ 40329345) за результатами електронного аукціону без умов
Description of the contract:
1.1. Продавець зобов’язується передати у власність Покупцю об’єкт малої приватизації – окремого майна - адмінприміщення загальною площею 88,0 кв.м за адресою: Чернівецька обл., Чернівецький р-н, м. Новоселиця, вул. Героїв Майдану, 25-А приміщення 43, який перебуває на балансі Головного управління Пенсійного фонду України в Чернівецькій області (код за ЄДРПОУ 40329345) (далі – Об’єкт приватизації), а Покупець зобов’язується прийняти Об’єкт приватизації, виконати визначені в Договорі умови.
Покупець сплатив у повному обсязі ціну продажу Об’єкта приватизації, визначену за результатами електронного аукціону, яка становить: 1 980 001,20 грн (один мільйон дев’ятсот вісімдесят тисяч одна гривня 20 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 330 000,20 грн (триста тридцять тисяч гривень 20 копійок).
Об’єкт приватизації належить Державі Україна, в особі Пенсійного фонду України (код за ЄДРПОУ 00035323), що підтверджується Витягом з Державного реєстру речових прав від 23.05.2023, індексний №333181500.
1.2. Земельна ділянка, на якій розташований Об’єкт приватизації, не є предметом купівлі-продажу за цим Договором.
