Орендна плата за кожний наступний місяць визначається шляхом коригування орендної плати за попередній місяць на індекс інфляції за поточний місяць.
Нежитлові приміщення передані в орендне користування для розміщення суб’єкта господарювання, що здійснює побутове обслуговування з ремонту одягу та взуття.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність.
