Продавець зобов'язується передати у власність Покупця об'єкт малої приватизації – транспортний засіб сміттєвоз СБМ 304-2, державний реєстраційний номер АІ5496НІ, який знаходиться за адресою: вул. Південна, м. Українка (далі - Об'єкт приватизації), а Покупець зобов'язується прийняти Об'єкт приватизації, виконати визначені в Договорі умови.
Покупець сплачує у повному обсязі ціну продажу Об'єкта приватизації, визначену за результатами електронного аукціону, яка становить без урахування ПДВ 375 100,00 ( триста сімдесят п’ять тисяч сто) гривень 00 коп., сума ПДВ 75 020,00 ( сімдесят п’ять тисяч двадцять) гривень 00 коп., ціна продажу з урахуванням ПДВ 450 120,00 (чотириста п’ятдесят тисяч сто двадцять) гривень 00 коп.
