Відомості Міського земельного кадастру не є підтвердженням виникнення права власності (користування) земельними ділянками та носять виключно інформативний характер.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність.
Питання землекористування та землевідведення вирішується новим власником самостійно в установленому чинним законодавством України порядку.
