Продавець на підставі рішення Трускавецької міської ради № 2784 від 02.02.2023 року "Про проведення електронного аукціону щодо відчуження твердопалевного котла "КОЛВІ"700А", протоколу про результати електронного аукціону № SPE001-UA-20230604-32944, сформованого 11.06.2023 року о 20:00:06 з продажу обєкта малої приватизації - твердопаливного котла "КОЛВІ"700А, продав та передав у власність Покупцеві твердопалевний котел "КОЛВІ"700А (надалі за текстом цього договору "Обєкт приватизації"), а Покупець зобовязується прийняти зазначений твердопалевний котел "КОЛВІ"700А.
1.2. Обєкт приватизації - твердопаливний котел "КОЛВІ"700А перебуває на балансі Комунального некомерційного підприємства "Трускавецька міська лікарня" згідно довідки № 242/01 від 07.02.2023 року.
1.3. Обєкт приватизації належить Продавцеві на праві комунальної власності.
