- як «Виробничі майстерні» 1850-1851 рр., постановою Ради Міністрів УРСР від 06.09.1979 № 442 (зі змінами) занесені до переліку пам’яток містобудування і архітектури національного значення, охоронний № 867/16;
- як будинок заводу «Арсенал», рішенням виконавчого комітету Київської міської ради народних депутатів від 27.01.1970 №159 занесений до переліку пам’яток історії місцевого значення;
- як корпус заводу «Арсенал», рішенням виконавчого комітету Київської міської ради народних депутатів від 04.08.1980 № 1102 занесений до переліку пам’яток історії місцевого значення.
Між Департаментом культури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) та державним підприємством завод «Арсенал» укладено охоронний договір на пам’ятку культурної спадщини від 27.09.2016 №3343/1 щодо охорони пам’ятки містобудування і архітектури національного значення - виробничі майстерні за адресою: вул. Князів Острозьких (колишня назва - Московська), 8 (охоронний № 867/16, постанова Ради Міністрів УРСР від 06.09.1979 № 442).
Пам’ятка архітектури національного значення «Виробничі майстерні» 1850-1851 рр. (місцезнаходження: вул. Князів Острозьких (колишня назва – Московська), 8, м. Київ) не перебуває у Переліку пам’яток культурної спадщини, що не підлягають приватизації, затвердженому Законом України від 23 вересня 2008 року №574-VI (зі змінами).
