Зазначені приміщення розташовані в будинку на вул. Малопідвальній, 4, який занесений до переліку об’єктів культурної спадщини м. Києва відповідно до наказу Головного управління охорони культурної спадщини від 25.06.2011 № 10/38-11, перезатверджений наказом Департаменту від 27.12.2019 № 109.
До укладання договору купівлі – продажу майбутній власник зобов′язаний укласти з відповідним органом охорони культурної спадщини попередній договір про укладання в майбутньому Охоронного договору на пам′ятку (її частину) з викладенням його істотних умов, у тому числі щодо цільового використання пам’ятки, робіт, які майбутній власник зобов’язується провести на пам’ятці з метою утримання її в належному стані.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність;
