Переможець аукціону відшкодовує Організатору аукціону витрати, понесені на виконання незалежної оцінки майна, в розмірі 7 000,00 грн без ПДВ. Договір оренди укладається з переможцем електронного аукціону протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дати формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону в електронній торговій системі. Додаткові вимоги до учасників торгів: відсутність дебіторської заборгованості перед орендодавцем.
