Переможець аукціону відшкодовує Організатору аукціону витрати, понесені на виконання незалежної оцінки майна, в розмірі 4 200,00 грн. без ПДВ. Договір оренди укладається з переможцем електронного аукціону протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дати формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону в електронній торговій системі. Додаткові вимоги до учасників: - відсутність дебіторської заборгованості перед орендодавцем; - лист-згода потенційного орендаря у довільній формі з умовами договору оренди майна.
