Процедура електронного аукціону проводиться з дотриманням вимог Постанови КМУ №1032 від 22.09.2023 р. Кваліфікаційні вимоги до учасників аукціону: відсутність дебіторської заборгованості перед орендодавцем/Компанією. (крім випадків коли дебіторська заборгованість утворилась внаслідок неможливості реєстрації Підприємством податкових накладних). Переможець аукціону відшкодовує Організатору аукціону витрати, понесені на виконання незалежної оцінки майна. Договір оренди укладається з переможцем електронного аукціону протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дати формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону в електронній торговій системі.

Cause:

Повторний електронний аукціон оголошено з порушенням вимог пункту 3.9 Інструкції про порядок передачі в оренду майна АТ «ДАК «Автомобільні дороги України» та його дочірніх підприємств: строк експозиції нерухомого майна визначено меншим ніж 28 календарних днів. Аукціон відміняється для усунення порушення та оголошення нового повторного електронного аукціону з належним строком експозиції.
