2.1. Передача Майна чи його частини в суборенду заборонена; 2.2. Виключення з проекту договору оренди усіх положень, що передбачають або пов’язані із можливістю відчуження об’єкта оренди, та визначення у договорі оренди заборони відчуження у відповідності до умов договору оренди; 2.3. Заборони проведення капітального ремонту об’єкта оренди та здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень Орендарем без погодження із Орендодавцем та АТ «УОП»; 2.4. Надання права Орендодавцеві на односторонню відмову від договору у випадку невиконання Орендарем зобов’язань. 3. Договір оренди укласти у редакції Примірного договору оренди нерухомого або іншого окремого індивідуально визначеного майна Товариства, затвердженого наказом АТ «УОП» від 27.06.2025 № 752. 4. Впродовж 15 календарних днів з дати укладання договору оренди забезпечити укладення з Орендарем договору про відшкодування витрат на утримання орендованого майна та надання комунальних послуг, відшкодування земельного податку, податку на нерухоме майно відмінного від земельного податку та інших платежів, передбачених договором оренди. 5. Строк дії договору оренди встановити до 3 (трьох) років. 6. Розмір початкової (стартової) ціни оренди (стартової ціни лоту) встановити на рівні 198,25 грн/м² з ПДВ (48 432,48 грн/міс з ПДВ).
