Кваліфікаційні вимоги до учасників аукціону: відсутність дебіторської заборгованості перед орендодавцем, лист-згода з проектом договору оренди. Переможець аукціону відшкодовує Організатору аукціону витрати, понесені на виконання незалежної оцінки майна, в розмірі 5800,00 грн. без ПДВ. Договір оренди укладається з переможцем електронного аукціону протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дати формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону в електронній торговій системі.
