Переможець аукціону відшкодовує Організатору аукціону витрати, понесені на виконання незалежної оцінки майна, в розмірі 2 500,00 грн. без ПДВ. Договір оренди укладається з переможцем електронного аукціону протягом 20-ти робочих днів з дати формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону в електронній торговій системі. Додаткові вимоги до учасників торгів: відсутність дебіторської заборгованості перед орендодавцем.
