Агрегатор страхових послуг (страхові компанії, що працюють через агрегатора), шляхом розміщення на Сервісі, зобов’язуються надавати користувачам Сервісу можливість придбати послугу обов'язкового страхування цивільної відповідальності громадян України, що мають у власності чи іншому законному володінні зброю, за шкоду, яка може бути заподіяна третій особі або її майну внаслідок володіння, зберігання чи використання цієї зброї.
