В подальшому, сума плати за користування Майном (орендної плати) за поточний місяць оренди визначається шляхом коригування суми плати за користування Майном (орендної плати) за попередній місяць на індекс інфляції за місяць, що передує попередньому місяцю. Орендний платіж за місяць оренди нерухомого майна не включає вартість спожитих комунальних послуг, які відшкодовуються Орендарем згідно виставленого рахунку Орендодавця.
