В подальшому, сума плати за користування Майном (орендної плати) за поточний місяць оренди визначається шляхом коригування суми плати за користування Майном (орендної плати) за попередній місяць на індекс інфляції за місяць, що передує попередньому місяцю. Орендний платіж за місяць оренди нерухомого майна не включає вартість спожитих комунальних послуг, які відшкодовуються Орендарем згідно виставленого рахунку Орендодавця. Раніше укладений Договір оренди нерухомого майна державного акціонерного товариства «Будівельна компанія «Укрбуд» № ПП/22-008 від 01 листопада 2022 року - вважається чинним
