Description of the contract:
Продавець на підставі рішення Черкаської міської ради від 03.04.2025 № 76-129, протоколу про результати земельних торгів від 23.06.2025 № № LSE001-UA-20250521-77959, при умові сплати Покупцем у повному обсязі коштів згідно Розділу 2 цього Договору, продає і зобов'язується передати у власність Покупця Земельну ділянку площею 0,0321 га по бульв. Шевченка (перспективний № 393) в м. Черкаси (кадастровий номер 7110136400:01:029:0065), а Покупець купує і зобов'язується прийняти вказану Земельну ділянку у власність, сплативши за неї кошти у розмірах, у строк та в порядку, що встановлені рішенням Черкаської міської ради від 03.04.2025 № 76-129, Розділом 2 цього Договору та чинним законодавством України.
