Продавець на підставі рішення Черкаської міської ради від 20.01.2022 № 17-47 та протоколу про результати земельних торгів LSE001-UA-20230601-95274, при умові сплати у повному обсязі Покупцем (переможцем земельних торгів) ціни земельної ділянки згідно Розділу 2 цього Договору, продає і зобов'язується передати у власність Покупця земельну ділянку за адресою: місто Черкаси, вулиця Героїв Дніпра, площею 3,0095 га, кадастровий номер 7110136400:01:012:0019, а Покупець купує і зобов'язується прийняти вказану Земельну ділянку у власність, сплативши за неї ціну відповідно до умов рішення Черкаської міської ради від 20.01.2022 № 17-47, цього Договору та чинного законодавства України.
