Відповідно до ч.7 ст. 137 ЗКУ, п.29 Вимог щодо підготовки до проведення та проведення земельних торгів для продажу земельних ділянок та набуття прав користування ними (оренди, суперфіцію, емфітевзису) затверджених Постановою КМУ №1013 від 22.09.2021р. із змінами від 01.03.2024р., 03.09.2025 р., 10.12.2025р.

Умови користування земельною ділянкою вказані у п. 9 Рішення Комарнівської міської ради №4185 від 19.02.2026р. (див. додатки). Згідно п. 7 Рішення Комарнівської міської ради №4185 від 19.02.2026р. стартовий розмір річної орендної плати за користування земельною ділянкою становить 12 (дванадцять) % від її нормативної грошової оцінки, але не менше ніж п’ять тисяч гривень за оренду 1 га в рік (див. додатки).
