Умови користування земельною ділянкою вказані у п. 7 Рішення Комарнівської міської ради №4180 від 19.02.2026р. (див. додатки). Згідно п. 5 Рішення Комарнівської міської ради №4180 від 19.02.2026р. стартовий розмір річної орендної плати за користування земельною ділянкою становить 12 (дванадцять) % від її нормативної грошової оцінки, але не менше ніж п’ять тисяч гривень за оренду 1 га в рік (див. додатки).
