Відповідно до витягу з містобудівної документації міста Черкаси на визначення обмежень у використанні території для містобудівних потреб № 12240-01-25 від 26.05.2025 та містобудівної документації «Внесення змін до Генерального плану міста Черкаси (Актуалізація)», затвердженої рішенням Черкаської міської ради від 13.05.2021 № 5-318, вищезазначена земельна ділянка належить до території багатоквартирної забудови, в якій згідно класифікатора видів цільового призначення земельних ділянок (додаток № 60 до Порядку ведення ДЗК) супутній вид використання в частині об’єктів, які не потребують встановлення санітарних обмежень на прилеглі території – 03.07. Містобудівні потреби відповідають діючій містобудівній документації міста Черкаси

Байди Вишневецького, 36, каб. 313, понеділок-п'ятниця з 9.00 до 16.00 (обідня перерва 13.00-14.00)

Відповідно до п. 54 Вимог, затверджених Постановою КМУ від 22.09.2021 № 1013, протокол про результати земельних торгів та договір за результатами проведення земельних торгів (крім договору купівлі-продажу земельної ділянки) підписуються організатором та переможцем торгів шляхом накладення кваліфікованих електронних підписів, що базуються на кваліфікованому сертифікаті електронного підпису, у строки, встановлені пунктами 46, 50 та 53 цих Вимог. Згідно п. 82 Вимог щодо підготовки до проведення та проведення земельних торгів для продажу земельних ділянок та набуття прав користування ними (оренди, суперфіцію, емфітевзису), затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 22 вересня 2021 р. № 1013, розмір винагороди оператора електронного майданчика визначається у відсотках ціни продажу лота з урахуванням податку на додану вартість та становить 5 відсотків ціни продажу земельної ділянки (у разі продажу земельної ділянки чи прав емфітевзису, суперфіцію) або річної орендної плати. Видалення зелених насаджень, які знаходяться на даній земельній ділянці, здійснювати відповідно до Порядку видалення дерев, кущів, газонів і квітників у населених пунктах, затвердженої постановою КМУ № 1045 від 01.08.2006. Відповідно до пункту 7 Договору оренди, строк оренди земельної ділянки - 49 років (без права викупу земельної ділянки протягом 10 років). Земельна ділянка передається в оренду без права передачі її в суборенду. Після держаної реєстрації права оренди на земельну ділянку (кадастровий номер 7110136400:02:040:0064) всі дозвільні документи щодо розміщення тимчасової споруди на даній земельній ділянці припиняють свою дію та втрачають чинність у зв’язку з переходом права користування земельною ділянкою до переможця земельних торгів (орендаря земельної ділянки), який набув таке право в порядку статей 134-139 Земельного кодексу України
