Сплата авансового внеску не потребується. Для переможця аукціону – нового орендаря відповідно до вимог пункту 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.05.2022 №634 «Про особливості оренди державного та комунального майна у період воєнного стану» забезпечувальний депозит та авансовий внесок становитимуть 1 (одну) місячну орендну плату. Кошти необхідно буде сплатити до або в день підписання договору оренди. Підпункт 5 пункту 2.1 договору оренди буде викладено з урахуванням статусу переможця аукціону.
