Сплата авансового внеску не потребується. Для переможця аукціону - нового орендаря (відповідного до вимог пункту 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України “Про особливості оренди державного та комунального майна у період воєнного стану" від 27.05.2022. №634), забезпечувальний депозит та авансовий внесок становитимуть 1 (одну) місячну оренду плату.
