Для переможця аукціону - нового орендаря (відповідного до вимог пункту 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України “Про особливості оренди державного та комунального майна у період воєнного стану" від 27.05.2022. №634), забезпечувальний депозит та авансовий внесок становитимуть 1 (одну) місячну оренду плату. Кошти необхідно буде сплатити до або в день підписання договору оренди. Підпункт 5 пункту 2.1 договору, оренди буде викладено з урахуванням статусу переможця аукціону".
