Строк оренди: 5 років, але не довше ніж до моменту переходу права власності на майно до переможця аукціону, проведеного відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про приватизації державного і комунального майна» Чинний орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди. Для переможця аукціону - чинного орендаря, розмір забезпечувального депозиту становитиме 3 (три) місячні орендні плати (потрібно буде сплатити різницю відносно вже сплаченого забезпечувального депозиту). Сплата авансового внеску не потребується. Для переможця аукціону - нового орендаря (відповідного до вимог пункту 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України “Про особливості оренди державного та комунального майна у період воєнного стану” від 27.05.2022 №634), забезпечувальний депозит та авансовий внесок становитимуть 1 (одну) місячну оренду плату. Кошти необхідно буде сплатити до або в день підписання договору оренди. Підпункт 5 пункту 2.1 договору оренди буде викладено з урахуванням статусу переможця аукціону”.
