!!!ВАЖЛИВА ІНФОРМАЦІЯ ДЛЯ ПОТЕНЦІЙНОГО ОРЕНДАРЯ!!! 1) Орендар, який є переможцем електронного аукціону згідно вимог чинного законодавства України зобов’язаний до моменту укладання Договору оренди сплатити: Авансовий внесок –1 місячна орендна плата, відповідно, що договір оренди, є договором типу 5.1(А). Забезпечувальний депозит - у розмірі трьох місячних орендних плат визначених на підставі електронного аукціону. 2) Орендар зобов’язаний постійно страхувати орендоване нерухоме майна, згідно страхової вартості. Страхова вартість визначена в порядку передбаченому абзацом третім пункту 175 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна. 3) Орендна плата визначена за результатами аукціону підлягає щомісячному коригуванню орендної плати на індекс інфляції. 4) Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна" від 03.10.2019 № 157(зі змінами). 5) Відповідно до пункту 29 ПОРЯДКУ майно може використовуватись орендарем для здійснення конкретних видів економічної діяльності, а саме: 64.19 Інші види грошового посередництва; 66.19 Інша допоміжна діяльність у сфері фінансових послуг, крім страхування та пенсійного забезпечення.
