- Цільове призначення: для будь-якого цільового використання відповідно до чинного законодавства. - Строк оренди – 5 (п’ять) років. - Чинний орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди в ході аукціону на продовження договору оренди за умови, що він бере участь в такому аукціоні та зробив закриту цінову пропозицію, яка є не меншою, ніж розмір стартової орендної плати згідно з умовами визначеними пунктом 149 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03 червня 2020р. № 483 «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна». Якщо переможцем став інший учасник аукціону, договір з чинним орендарем припиняється у зв’язку із закінченням строку, на який його укладено. - Ремонт під власні потреби здійснюється за рахунок Орендаря за погодженням з Орендодавцем. - Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам ст.3 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна» від 03 жовтня 2019 року №157-IX.
