Якщо переможцем став інший учасник аукціону, договір з чинним орендарем припиняється у зв’язку із закінченням строку, на який його укладено. - Ремонт під власні потреби здійснюється за рахунок Орендаря за погодженням з Орендодавцем. - Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам ст.3 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна» від 03 жовтня 2019 року №157-IX.
