Запрошуємо всіх бажаючих взяти участь в аукціоні на право оренди комунального майна – нежитлових приміщень площею 15,2 кв. м, розташованих на четвертому поверсі в будівлі за адресою: м. Івано-Франківськ, вул. Січових Стрільців, 56. Об’єкт оренди знаходиться в самому центрі міста, в зоні з дуже насиченим пішохідним та автомобільним рухом. До складу об’єкта оренди входять приміщення № 90 площею 11,2 кв. м, частина приміщень спільного користування №№ 81,100 загальною площею 2,5 кв. м, а також частина сходових … кліток і ліфтових кімнат всього будинку (кімнати №№ 21-23, І-VІ) загальною площею 1,5 кв.м згідно з технічним паспортом на будинок на вул. Січових Стрільців, 56, виготовленим 16.04.2007 р. Вхід у приміщення здійснюється через вхід загального користування. Інженерні комунікації: електропостачання, санвузол загального користування з іншими орендарями, теплопостачання відсутнє. До заяви додаються: 1) для потенційних орендарів - фізичних осіб - громадян України - копія паспорта громадянина України; 2) для потенційних орендарів - іноземних громадян та осіб без громадянства - копія документа, що посвідчує особу; 3) для потенційних орендарів - юридичних осіб: витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань України - для юридичних осіб - резидентів; документ про реєстрацію у державі її місцезнаходження (витяг із торговельного, банківського або судового реєстру тощо), засвідчений згідно із законодавством держави його видачі, перекладений українською мовою, - для юридичних осіб - нерезидентів; інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника.
