Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати з дотриманням обмежень щодо цільового призначення об’єкта оренди встановлених відповідно до ч. 2 п. 29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 № 483 «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна» для закладів охорони здоров’я: для надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо такими закладами, пов’язаних з обслуговуванням їх працівників та відвідувачів – для роздрібної торгівлі напоями та іншими продуктами харчування. 2. Орендар зобов’язаний відшкодувати балансоутримувачу витрати на проведення незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди протягом 1 місяця після виставлення рахунку балансоутримувачем. 3. Частина приміщень повинна надаватися орендарем безкоштовно для приймання їжі працівниками балансоутримувача протягом робочого часу балансоутримувача. 4. Орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати балансоутримувачу сплату земельного податку, на підставі виставленого … балансоутримувачем рахунку, одночасно зі сплатою орендної плати за нерухоме майно.
