Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати з дотриманням обмежень щодо цільового призначення об’єкта оренди встановлених відповідно до ч. 2 п. 29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 № 483 «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна» для закладів охорони здоров’я: із збереженням профілю діяльності закладу – для провадження діяльності з медичної практики 2. Орендар зобов’язаний відшкодувати балансоутримувачу витрати на проведення незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди протягом 1 місяця після виставлення рахунку балансоутримувачем. 3. Наявність у орендаря досвіду роботи у сфері медичної практики та покладання на орендаря обов’язку подати документ, що підтверджує наявність ліцензії на право впровадження медичної практики. 4. Орендар зобов’язаний компенсувати балансоутримувачу сплату земельного податку, на підставі виставленого балансоутримувачем рахунку, одночасно зі сплатою орендної плати за нерухоме майно.
