Відповідно до розпорядження голови Харківської обласної ради від 05 грудня 2025 року № 181 «Про внесення змін до розпорядження голови обласної ради від 10 листопада 2025 року № 168 “Про оголошення аукціонів на подовження термінів дії договорів оренди нерухомого майна, що перебуває у спільній власності територіальних громад сіл, селищ, міст області”» затверджено додаткові умови, а саме: - орендар повинен надати витяг із Централізованого банку даних з проблем інвалідності Фонду соціального захисту осіб з інвалідністю України, завірений власною печаткою, щодо виготовлення протезних та ортезних систем для пацієнтів з вадами опорно-рухового апарату та органів руху; - орендар повинен мати досвід не менше 3-х років із виготовлення протезів та ортезів підвищеної складності (для пацієнтів, які мають ампутацію на рівні тазу (із частковим видаленням тазу), вилущення тазостегнового суглобу, парну ампутацію на рівні стегна) за результатами виконання договорів, укладених із Фондом соціального захисту осіб з інвалідністю … України (надання копій договорів із Фондом соціального захисту осіб з інвалідністю України). Упродовж трирічного терміну орендар забезпечує реалізацію протезних виробів, із проведенням необхідних гарантійних та післягарантійних ремонтів (період обліковується з моменту отримання орендарем замовлення на виготовлення протезу чи ортезу до моменту закінчення терміну його експлуатації); - на підприємстві мають працювати сертифіковані фахівці (протезисти), кваліфікацію яких підтверджено сертифікатами підвищення кваліфікації (наприклад, сертифікатами міжнародної спільноти протезистів–ортезистів (ISPO)) (надання копій сертифікатів підвищення кваліфікації).
