Орендар зобов’язаний відшкодовувати балансоутримувачу відповідну частину його витрат зі сплати за користування земельною ділянкою відповідно до положень Цивільного та Податкового кодексів України, укласти договори про відшкодування вартості спожитих комунальних та інших послуг, застрахувати орендоване майно на користь балансоутримувача, відшкодовувати вартість спожитих комунальних послуг.
