Запрошуємо всіх бажаючих взяти участь в аукціоні на право оренди комунального майна – частини димової труби котельні та два бетонних блоки площею 19,0 кв. м, розташованого за адресою: м. Івано-Франківськ, вул. Тролейбусна, 40А. Зазначений об’єкт перебуває в оренді на строк до 31.12.2025 р. За результатами проведення аукціону чинний договір оренди може бути продовжений з діючим орендарем або укладений з новим орендарем. Об’єкт може бути використаний для розміщення базової станції мобільного зв’язку, без … права передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду. Строк, на який буде укладено новий договір – до 31.10.2030 р. Діючий орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди за результатами аукціону.
