Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Відповідно до пункту 54 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженим постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 № 483, враховуючи особливості використання нерухомого військового майна, визначити додаткові умови до учасників аукціону: наявність дозволу на зберігання вогнепальної зброї, боєприпасів, основних частин зброї, пневматичної, холодної і охолощеної зброї, а також пристроїв та патронів до них; наявність кваліфікованих інструкторів (помічників інструкторів), які відповідають вимогам керівних документів щодо поводження і використання вогнепальної зброї, боєприпасів, основних частин зброї, пневматичної, холодної і охолощеної зброї, а також пристроїв та патронів до них, не менше п’яти осіб; строк здійснення діяльності у сфері спорту не менше 5 років. В договорі оренди передбачити додаткові умови: Сторони погоджуються, що договір оренди достроково припиняється на вимогу орендодавця у разі: невиконання умов, додаткових умов аукціону та Договору; якщо орендар не … застрахував орендоване майно згідно з умовами Договору, або своєчасно не виконав договір страхування.
