Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім цільових призначень, визначених додатком 3 до Порядку згідно п.54 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 № 483 «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна»: 1. Заклади харчування, кафе, бари, ресторани, які здійснюють продаж товарів підакцизної групи. Торговельні об’єкти, які здійснюють продаж товарів підакцізної групи. 2. Нічні клуби. Ресторани з нічним режимом роботи (після 22 год). Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Комп’ютерні клуби та Інтернет-кафе. 3. Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини. 4. Розміщення суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які здійснюють іншу виробничу діяльність.

Заклади харчування, кафе, бари, ресторани, які здійснюють продаж товарів підакцизної групи. Торговельні об’єкти, які здійснюють продаж товарів підакцизної групи. 1.2. Нічні клуби.
