Запрошуємо всіх бажаючих взяти участь в аукціоні на право оренди комунального майна – нежитлових приміщень площею 309,0 кв. м (приміщення №№ 1, 2 згідно з технічним паспортом на будівлю на вул. Хотинській, 16, виготовленим 07.12.2018 р.), розташовані на першому поверсі в будівлі за адресою: м. Івано-Франківськ, вул. Хотинська, 16. Зазначений об’єкт перебував в оренді на строк до 28.02.2025 р. За результатами проведення аукціону чинний договір оренди може бути продовжений з діючим орендарем або укладений з … новим орендарем. Об’єкт може бути використаний за будь-яким цільовим призначенням з правом передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду. Строк, на який буде укладено новий договір – до 31.03.2028 р.
