Ознайомитися з об’єктом можна за місцем його розташування у робочі дні, попередньо узгодивши з представником ЛКП «Львівське міжміське бюро технічної інвентаризації» (балансоутримувач) годину огляду об’єкта за телефоном: (032) 297-56-81, 297-56-82 з 10.00 до 17.00 у робочі дні.
Additional info:
1. Орендар сплачує 10% розміру орендної плати на рахунок балансоутримувача та 90% на рахунок орендодавця. 2. Крім орендної плати Орендар самостійно сплачує за послуги з прибирання території, за комунальні послуги, вивіз сміття та інші послуги передбачені проектом договору. 3. Орендар здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь балансоутримувача. 4. Орендар самостійно здійснює охорону території приміщення та інші експлуатаційні послуги. 5. Ремонт під власні потреби здійснюється силами та за рахунок Орендаря за погодженням з Орендодавцем. 6. Орендар відшкодовує балансоутримувачу витрати з проведення оцінки майна у розмірі 1800,00 грн з ПДВ (лист від 18.06.2024 № 230201/276). 7. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 8. Суборенда не допускається (лист від 21.06.2024 № 4-2302-34117).
