Здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання Балансоутримувачем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна в порядку, передбаченому чинним законодавством. Орендар здійснює страхування об’єкту оренди на користь балансоутримувача. Орендні канікули – не передбачені.
