об'єкт оренди є нерухомим майном закладу охорони здоров'я; відповідно до частини 12 статті 16 Закону України "Основи законодавства України про охорону здоров'я" об'єкт оренди не підлягає приватизації чи використанню не за медичним призначенням, крім надання в оренду з метою надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо закладами охорони здоров'я, пов'язаних із забезпеченням медичної допомоги або обслуговуванням пацієнтів,, а саме: відповідно до п. 29 «Порядку передачі в оренду державного і комунального майна» затвердженого Постановою КМУ №483 від 03.06.2020р (з урахуванням діючих державних будівельних норм України) під розміщення суб`єкту господарювання, що діє на основі приватної власності і проводить господарську діяльність з медичної практики.
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об`єкта оренди можливо тільки у разі надання балансоутримувачем та орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний ремонт орендованого майна. Суборенда: не дозволяється. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна".
