Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
Виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного, капітального) можливо тільки у разі надання балансоутримувачем та орендодавцем письмової згоди на такий ремонт орендованого майна. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна".
