Орендар самостійно здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь орендодавця. 3. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 4. Суборенда комунального майна Тернопільської міської територіальної громади не дозволяється.
