відповідно до затверджених орендодавцем умов – для надання послуг, пов’язаних із обслуговуванням працівників та відвідувачів закладу, а саме для розміщення кіоску з продажу стоматологічних матеріалів, без права передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду та з умовою забезпечення орендарем вимог законодавства про охорону культурної спадщини та умов охоронного договору. Строк на який буде укладено новий договір – до 30.04.2027 року. Діючий орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди за результатами аукціону.
