строк до 31.03.2022 року. За результатами проведення аукціону чинний договір оренди може бути продовжений з діючим орендарем або укладений з новим орендарем. Цільове призначення об’єкта оренди відповідно до затверджених орендодавцем умов – для надання послуг, пов’язаних із обслуговуванням працівників та відвідувачів закладу, а саме для розміщення громадської організації у сфері охорони здоров’я, без права передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду. Строк на який буде укладено новий договір – до 28.02.2027 року. Діючий орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди за результатами аукціону.
